there are some things in your life that may deserve a shift in it’s substance or nature
self care
it’s time to start working on you for you - you deserve more from this life
stronger focus
focus on the things that elevate you personally, everything else can wait at times
solid friendships
there’s no need to work on relationships that don’t serve you,
make sure to pour into people that pour back into you
steady boundaries
don’t allow people and things take over your life and happiness
creating a healthy boundary does not have to be a negative thing
you’d be surprised at how well things are received with a smile
social media breaks
worrying about what everyone is doing at all times takes away from your time to live your life
self appreciation
remind yourself of the things you are working on, and remember how far you have come.
if you hear nothing positive today, you should be at least hearing something
positive about you, for you, to yourself - be direct
stolid behavior
remaining calm, dependable, and exerting less emotion may help you process life better
it may improve your boundary setting and having a better backbone in situations
savings
afford the life you deserve - save more and be more realistic about your spending habits
